The North Adams SteepleCats select interns each summer to manage the day-to-day operations of one of the country’s premier collegiate summer baseball organizations.  Our mission is simple, to provide the best summer baseball experience in America and to provide our fans the best summer family entertainment available anywhere.  The organization operates similar to a professional minor league franchise and provide our fans and sponsors with a wide-range of activities and events throughout the season to deliver a summer’s worth of affordable family entertainment.

SteepleCats interns are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of this complex business.  Each intern will assist in all aspects of the organization and may include: meeting with local businesses and leadership sponsors to design their event, individual and group ticket sales, marketing and promotion activities, pre-game ceremonies, liaison with sponsors and group outings, in-between inning promotion games, design and placement of advertising, e-newsletter development, special events management, media guide design and layout, community relations activities (school, business, and mascot appearances), stadium management, fan experience, souvenir stand, set-up and breakdown of stadium, and other duties that are essential in operating a ball club.

We demand our interns to be dedicated professionals that are committed to the mission of the organization and play a central role in executing all facets of the organization.  We look for individuals that are creative, positive, energetic, professional, friendly, competent, and have the maturity to listen to instructions and accurately carryout their duties throughout the season.
